HAMRO SUNAULO SANSAR HOME CONSTRUCTION

More than 25 pax are working from dawn to dusk in the construction of home for the Hamro Sunaulo Sansar Home. Very satisfactory progress is achieved since everyone is cooperating. Started from 4 November 2020, in less than a month, foundation laying ceremony has been solemnised on 24 November 2020.

Construction materials  are being gathered. Such materials consists of Iron Rods, Cement, Sand, Concrete, Pebbles and other necessary goods. Foundation has been made solid with the instrallation of HattI Painla (meaning Elephants Paw). This is the usual practice in Nepal to use such Elephants Paw made of Iron rods which makes the house very strong and earthquake proof. Every care is being taken under the supervision of Site Engineer and other concerned people.

As this is the best season in view of  no rain and fine weather, smooth implementation of the project can be envisaged and it will be completed by 31 January 2021 according to original plan.

After the first DPC will be completed within next two days,  other actions will be taken simultanerously i.e. making of doors, window frames, glasses, electrical works, paints etc. Similarly, order will be given to install two panels of solar in the roof for producing  hot water in the bathrooms for the girls and boys separately. Security equipment will also be installed for the protection of the building.

In this way, the house will be completed well in time as we expect.
