The Government of France has declared 2nd nationwide lockdown starting from midnight 29 October till 1 December 2020 to control the rapidly spreading novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Those who wish to visit the Embassy for urgent consular services during this period are requested to pay attention to the following information to save yourself and others from
the possible risk of transmission of the virus:
- Don’t visit Embassy unless you have an urgency. Wearing face mask is compulsory inside the Embassy. Don’t remove face mask while talking. Only two persons are allowed to enter into the Embassy at one time. Service will be provided on first come first serve basis.
- Keep at least one and half meter distance from each other while at the Embassy. Leave the Embassy immediately after you are attended so that the Embassy could serve the other visitors.
- To avoid the possible risk of virus transmission, the Embassy officials don’t touch those documents immediately that are brought together by the visitors. If urgent, the application and supporting documents could be sent by an email. The collection time will be informed verbally. If unable to come back to pick up the document, leave a postage paid self-addressed envelope at the Embassy. Documents will be sent by post.

Submission day: Monday to Friday (except on public holiday)
Submission time: 1100 hrs to 1300 hrs
Collection time: The Embassy official will inform verbally
